Here's what our customers are saying!
Rendezvous Hotels and Resorts International
"Rendezvous Hotels & Resorts International have been using Captivate Global for their messaging for the past 8 years, established in Perth initially with expansion to 11 properties as of now. The product and service that Captivate Global extend to us as a business is both courteous and professional with regular follow up’s on our requirements on a by monthly basis.
In addition they have been working with our group to review our music needs within our properties to tie in with the messaging product to enable us to consolidate our business practises to one company for our needs. Continued support from suppliers like this enable us to have a better service offered to our customers when the needs require and also to add professionalism to our services within our hotels.
The ease of being able to update information that is needed to be passed onto our guest, whether it be daily, weekly or monthly ensure that we are always up to date with what we have to offer We as a group look forward to a continued close working relationship with Captivate Global in the future and with expansion in our group, look forward to them expanding with us".
Yours sincerely

Southern Downs Regional Council
"During December 2010 and January 2011 the Southern Downs Regional Council area - which sits at on the Condamine River at the headwaters to the Murray Darling river system - suffered two successive floods at the second highest levels ever recorded, causing widespread damage to homes, businesses and infrastructure. Thanks to the valuable support of Captivate Global, we were able to regularly update the Council’s on hold messages with new flood relevant information as it occurred. This helped keep residents informed on issues such as road conditions, boil water alerts and how to get assistance."
