Captivate Global is a software service that is installed on a user's PC (or server) in your office. The system downloads new or updated mp3 files from the secure Captivate Global web server and stores them on your local PC - playing the audio from the sound card to the telephone system music on hold input.

Bandwidth

As only new or updated information files are downloaded (no streaming data); bandwidth use is minimal with all audio files stored on your computer after the initial download. These files are played locally according to your customised, automated program schedule.

PC specs

The PC requirements are minimal. The system can be set up on any user's PC or server with Internet Explorer, a soundcard and Internet access. Captivate Global uses minimal system resources freeing the computer for day to day tasks.

Compatibility

Because Captivate Global is purely software driven and not dependent on hardware, it integrates seamlessly with most multiline phone systems, analogue, digital or VOIP.
